Companies often struggle to match employee career goals, like upskilling and advancement, with the learning and development tools available to them. When employees can't find, or are unaware of these tools, it can place the burden entirely on them; leaving the employee to find and pay for their own learning or skip it altogether. Ebsco Learning partnered with my team at AWS Innovation to define and build a unified way to access all of a company's learning tools in a customized way, called CareerPilot. After the learner shared their goals with CareerPilot, it assembled tailored learning paths for each individual to help them reach their goals. All managed in one place.
